It could be Bradley and Tom being boys and up to hijinks on a weekend off, too. Bradley stealing Tom's clothes. Tom taking his revenge by catching Bradley and wrestling him in the surf.

I love that scene too! It's what started me shipping them basically the night the episode aired. I think [livejournal.com profile] cruentum and I were the first ones AND LOOK AT THIS SHIP NOW!
