hahaha. I think that there are definite moments of chemistry, but for me it's more about the pairing dynamics that TPTB have chosen to represent, and I don't like how they reflect on Arthur, so uh. That's that.
Oh, definitely, definitely agreed. And I don't like how they've basically demoted Gwen to background-love-interest :/. Series one had her being cute and awkward and even *gasp* wielding a sword and being the relatively badass blacksmith's daughter, and then as soon as Arthur looks at her it's all OH HERE'S A DAMSEL TO GO RESCUE or occasionally tell you you'll be a good king when Merlin's pissed at you and/or we're getting tired of having just him say it.
